Sicky... Icky... and Hanging with Big Boy Jaymin!

Lily is a sicky, icky girl right now. She woke up Thursday with snot all over her sheets! Mama thought she had pooped the bed, but it was all snot. I came home Wednesday and she had a fever and a cough!! We can tell she feels so, so bad. We are pretty sure she got that bug from the nanny's house, as she has a little boy that is two months older (Blake, he's SO cute and we call him Lily's boyfriend). When Jerad picked up Lily he noticed Blake had a mega snotty nose. And you know kids... all up in each other faces... it's just how it goes.
We also added a couple pics of Jaymin and Lily. Jaymin is SO cute! He kept giving Lily kisses and wanted to hold her. Seriously... it was the cutest thing EVER! Everytime she cried (cause she felt icky) Jaymin would tell me, "baby Lily sad", then he'd go pat her on the back and hold her face with both hands. He might be going through his terrible 2's (of course he took her toys out of her hands a couple times... that's what kids do though, Lily does it to BP), but he has such a sweet, sweet streak in him it just melts this Ma's heart!! We just adore Jaymin and him being such a good friend to Lily!

Two of Lily's most favorite things are standing and bath splashing. Seriously... this kid wants to walk SO bad. Papa & Mama want her to just be a baby, but she has other plans! Oh well, at least she will make a good hiker someday with Ma & Pa.
The most fun she has in the world is her nightly bath time! She squeals, giggles and smiles TONS! Mama has a hard time telling her bath time is over. We let her stay in until her toes are wrinkley little raisins! Mama taught her motor noises for cruising her rubber duckies around the tub... now she does it on her own, well, when she isn't eating them I mean!!

Lily LOVES bath time... she even goes in the 'big girl bath'. But Papa and Mama still like to put her on the counter for bath time too. We let her splash and splash. Lily LOVES rubber duckies and has too many to count! We love this time with her because she is SO happy... it's awesome!
Lily still just adores Kaiya and we are pretty sure the feeling is mutual (Best Friend Forever Doggie). Kaiya is so amazing with her!! It is so touching to see how much they love each other. We are teaching Lily to throw the ball for Kaiya... she gets it, but needs to work on her throw... she throws like a girl! But Papa will fix that I'm sure! ;)
Summer will be fun... water fun... doggie play... a big yard for Lily to explore!! We just can't wait!

Mama & Papa sure spoil me... especially Papa! I'm already a Daddy's Girl!! He gave me my first taste frosting and I loved it!! Also the 'rents took me up snowshoeing. It was cold but I loved looking at everything. It was so pretty. I like the river lots too!! I was so comfy that I fell asleep before Mama & Papa even made it back to the car!!!

But here's some on Lily!! She is officially crawling... EVERYWHERE! She can sit up on her own and even pulled herself to standing We know she will be an early walker... she wants to stand so bad. She crawls up to you and tries to pull herself up on your legs!!
She is also eating like a champ. She doesn't really like the sweet foods, except for popsicles! She likes her veggies!! What a good kid!! We are hoping that sticks!
A few weeks ago we ALL got a super bad stomach virus. Lily was projectile vomiting and pooping for almost 2 whole days. Then Mama & Papa got it!! It was horrible. We would NEVER wish that bug on anyone. Lily is really into copying anything you do. It is so amazing to us. She is a little sponge... book are still by far her favorite toy. Besides the remote and your cell phone. ;p
